This 4 week Magical Princess Ballet Dance Class will include a Ballet stretch and warm up, various Ballet dance games and will end with a different choreographed Ballet dance each week!
Class experience
Each week class will begin with a warm up that will include stretching exercises on the floor as well as standing. Students will learn one new ballet step each week that we will focus on throughout the class. Each week a new theme will be introduced, themes include: Frozen, Moana, Unicorns and The Little Mermaid. An instructional game will be played each week in addition to freeze dance. And a coloring sheet will be provided each week in accordance to the theme of the class. Each Sunday...

Week 1Lesson 1MoanaWe will begin class with a warm up and stretch. We will play a dance game to "Ulili E". We will learn a routine to "We Know the Way". We will end class with a game of freeze dance!Week 2Lesson 2The Little MermaidWe will begin class with a warm up and stretch. We will play a dance game to "Deep Sea Diving". We will learn a routine to "Kiss the Girl".Week 3Lesson 3FrozenWe will begin class with a warm up and stretch. We will play a ballet dance game using movement cards. We will learn a routine to "All is Found" from Frozen 2.Week 4Lesson 4UnicornWe will begin class with a warm up and stretch. We will play a ballet dance of "The Magic Garden". We will learn a routine to "Find a Way" from My Little Pony. We will end class with a game of freeze dance!
Your child will learn beginner ballet dance steps in a creative learning environment. They will also learn choreography to a short ballet dance which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music will also teach the student how to develop musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
Homework Offered
Students will post a photo of themselves doing the step of the week. Feedback will be given to help improve overall dance technique.Assessments Offered

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back.
