In this one-time math class, mermaids will dive under the sea to explore the numbers 1-10. We will flap our mermaid tails as we collect sea shells, pop bubbles, and swim along to count fish. You are welcome to dress like a mermaid or bring along your mermaid doll!
Class experience
Magical Mermaids come join me as we explore the sea to find the numbers 1-10. We will have fun interacting through a fun slide show to help us count and recognize numbers. Your little mermaids will interact during class with their mermaid counting cards that I will provide. As we swim along we will also create patterns and search for hidden shapes. I am a certified teacher for grades K-8th. I have taught preschool- 2nd grade for over 18 years.
1 file available upon enrollment-Mermaid doll or mermaid theme items to share (not required) -Dress up like a mermaid if you would like (not required) -Upon enrollment I will provide mermaid counting cards in the classroom. They are not required, but are helpful. If you are unable to print the counting cards you are welcome to make your own 1-10 cards or we will also use our fingers to count during class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
