In this 8 week course you will learn to cook more advanced Magical world recipes!

Class experience

How to cook in a fun way in the magical world of fantasy!
I love Magic world books! I have made several magical parties for my kids and families with the food from these recipes and they loved it. I would love to see all kids being able to learn the important life skills of cooking and these recipes are also delicious. I have an approach to cooking that all children can be taught to cook and make food, no matter what age. All it takes is hard work and plenty of practice.
All recipes and ingredients lists are provided. I try to keep the cost down for you to shop for the ingredients. I also try to give you the recipes that are easy to make and ingredients are easy to have or acquire.

All of the class sessions will have a master ingredient list provided in the classroom before or after you enroll, every ingredient will be listed in this file. I will send out the recipes on a weekly basis to make sure there is no confusion.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
In this class the students will need to use an oven and or stovetop. We will be moving quickly in class depending on the recipes so your student may need to have your guidance for certain recipes. They many need to also use knives to cut ingredients and also small appliances(like blenders or food processors.)

***If your student has any allergies I can suggest some substitutes for any needed ingredients. For example: Peanut Butter, Wheat Flour, etc. This is never a deal breaker for my classes I will work with you ahead of time to get you the substitutions you need before class time.
Here are the class ingredients for the first class:

3 medium russet potatoes (1 1/4 pounds)
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Kosher salt
Olive oil cooking spray
2 3/4 cups crispy rice cereal
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 large egg whites
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless Pollock (or other firm white fish), cut
into 2-by-4-inch pieces
Tartar sauce and/or malt vinegar, for serving (optional)
