Class Experience

This is one of five Magic Masterclasses. You can take the classes in any order. 

I am currently performing for thousands of people on Celebrity Cruise Line each week. I schedule some classes when I'm not performing. If you want a particular day and time that isn't listed, please send a message.

In this class,  will learn several great magic tricks with a deck of cards.
You will learn what to say and how to perform some amazing tricks.

All the Magic Masterclasses are VERY interactive. I use multiple cameras on my hands so that you can see what I'm doing from different angles. It is the best way to learn magic.

Ensure your camera can point at the table surface so I can see the cards and your hands! I must see you, to help you with the tricks.

Each segment of the class begins with a performance of the trick about to be taught. 

Then, I explain in detail how to perform the trick. The students work at the trick with their camera filming their hands and I give them the proper guidance and make any necessary corrections.

Then I explain all the secret moves and what to say.  The students and I work on the moves together. As with all my Magic Masterclasses, you will receive a secret instructional video after the class to help practice and review some of the tricks.

You will also learn the timing, choreography, and psychological principles that fool the most critical observer's mind, not just the eye.  You'll learn the true secrets of performing these tricks. These tricks require some work, much like a piano lesson. They are not simple self-working tricks.

Each of the students performs the tricks with my guidance. Any changes and adjustments are discussed with each student and we perform the tricks again. Practice makes perfect!

The students will learn some great tricks to fool their family and friends. Some tricks can be performed right away and some will require additional practice after the class.

Supply List

A deck of cards. Bicycle is a good brand, but any cards will do.

Separate the Kings and the Aces from the deck. We need them for the tricks called Out of This World and Twins. We don't need any jokers.

Using a thick bath towel as a table cloth can make it much easier to spread the cards and pick up the cards. Not necessary but recommended.

External Resources

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
