Class Experience

This is an ongoing urban fantasy Horror rpg experience in a set in Chicago of the early 2000's . there will be mysteries and dangers abound. This setting focuses on social issues, philosophy, art, crime and horror both psychological and in situations.  violence is part of the setting but it is not glorified. 
 
This is a learner led experience and each session will build upon the outcomes of actions and choices of the learners.

Players will need the following:
-A pencil and some paper (for notes that you might want to make)
-A set of at least 10 ,10 sided gaming dice (or an online digital dice roller,)
-A device that can run zoom and a chrome based browser preferably a computer. we use a virtual tabletop  that requires a functioning computer 
- A physical or digital copy of the learners character sheet
Learning Goals
The main goal of this class is to socialize with other learners and possibly learn a few things about the late 1990's. A time of economic growth and social change.

Parental Guidance
This is a narrative game that deals with horror. And explores the darker nature of humanity. there will be cultists, monsters both un-natural and man made. Some of the evils explored in our narrative are also flawed humans whose agendas and choices make them into foils for the characters. Such as mobsters, mad scientists and occultists and more Content: Urban Fantasy, Horror Rating: 13 and up
Supply List
Players will need the following:
- Access to a computer that can run zoom, a PDF Reader, and the Chrome Browser
-A pencil and some paper (for notes that you might want to make)
-an online digital dice roller

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
