🟢 In this ongoing cooking class, beginner to intermediate chefs will have the opportunity each week to make a slow cooker meal using the low & slow method. Most meals will need around 6 hours of cooking time, so let's get started early!

In this live, ongoing class students will create slow cooker meals using examples from the teacher. During some classes the teacher will be cooking live with the students. Some classes the teacher will be showing pictures of what the product should look like during different points of the class, while still showing live the how to of cooking. The class is set up this way so the teacher can provide the best experience for students, providing the attention they need to be successful. Some...

6 quart or larger slow cooker (or instant pot with slow cooker function) mixing spoons measuring spoons measuring cups knives cutting boards sauce pans sauté pans whisk A list of specific Tools and Ingredients is supplied upon enrollment for that week's class.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
A Kitchen Safety & Tips video will be provided in the Welcome Post upon registration for the class. This should be viewed by students before any cooking is done. An adult should be available to assist students and are responsible for students participating in a safe manner. Additionally, throughout the class I will be reinforcing the safety and kitchen tips as I use them in the cooking process. Parents are responsible to ensuring that students are using ingredients that are safe for their family to eat, based on any allergies that may be present.
