Floor barre (Ballet Gymnastics) takes the basic ballet barre training from the standing position to the floor. Dancer, choreographer and ballet teacher Boris Knyazev (1900-1975) significantly contributed to the development of this technique. Taking this class is very important for beginners; it is a great add-on exercise for more advanced students.
