“Love is an Open Door” Valentines Day Ballet Dance Class! Ages 3-5yrs

This one time class will have dancers learn basic ballet movements, while listening to “love” themed music for Valentines Day! At the end we will learn a dance to “Love is an Open Door” from Frozen!

Description

Class Experience

This class is the perfect introduction to ballet! It will teach the basic fundamentals of ballet, in an interactive environment. Dancers will begin to learn the structure of a dance class, starting with a warmup, across the floor technique, and basic choreography. Dancers will gain confidence and increase self esteem! In this special Valentines Day themed class, dancers will dance to love songs throughout class. As well as learn a fun choreographed routine at the end of class to the song...

Have fun dancing to love music and learn ballet moves!

- water bottle 
- ballet shoes (preferred but not required) 
-fun Valentine’s Day clothes (optional)

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Please make sure your child is dressed in comfortable clothes they can move in, and ballet shoes (gym shoes are okay if you don’t have these) Have a water bottle ready as I will give a “water break” in the middle of class. Also, create a designated space for the child to move safely and freely (move couches, tables, etc out of the way) Feel free to dress up in Valentine’s  Day attire!
