In this 1- time Valentine's Day theme craft class, learners will create a Love Bug craft and add their name on it too! We will use shapes as our main pieces and learners will practice shapes, cutting, gluing, writing and following directions. We will count how many hearts each child needs to have, 1 for each letter in their name, and then color, cut and practice writing the letters of their name on each heart! Learners will need: The Love Bug template pages- provided by me in the classroom. Glue Child safe Scissors Crayons or Markers A whole sheet of Contruction paper to use as the background for their Love Bug.
This class requires the use of scissors to cut out some of the craft pieces. I recommend kid sized, made for kids ( less sharp) scissors for this. If your child needs supervision while cutting safely, please plan to be present or near during parts of this class.
