Join this fun class to learn how to turn a basic cake into anything your heart desires. We will be creating 5 different cakes throughout this class. This is a flex class so there are NO live classes but I am available for any questions or concerns you need me to address. You will also have the benefit of watching the videos however often you would like. I will upload my weekly pre-recorded videos on Sundays so you have the lessons to view on whichever day is best for you. Learners...

Week 1Lesson 1Big Cookie Cake (like pictured on the thumbnail)After you have baked your big cookie cake, following my favorite cookie recipe and buttercream frosting recipe, you will practice decorating tips for the cake.Week 2Lesson 2Teddy Bear CakeIn this lesson, you will be given two size templates, my favorite cake recipes, and videos how to decorate the teddy bear cake.Week 3Lesson 3Cake with smooth frosting technique, simple flowers, & borders to hide mistakesDuring this lesson, you will learn how to make your frosting very smooth on the cake, how to make simple flowers and how to hide mistakes with beautiful borders.Week 4Lesson 4Unicorn CakeWe will learn a few more techniques to make the unicorn cake. This is like the unicorn cake pictured on the thumbnail.Week 5Lesson 5Cake with SURPRISE center!This is my favorite cake to make! You will learn how to make a cake using the technique from lesson 2, and how to fill the center of you cake for a surprise that will be loved by all your guests!

I have been decorating cakes since I was 10 years old. Although many people have asked that I do this as a business, I like to do it for pleasure for family birthdays.
A butter knife will be used in the decorating in addition to a simple decorating tool.
