Class Experience

Each week we will focus on a new career. With an ongoing format you can choose which careers to learn about. The class will watch a short video that shows what that career is and what they do. Then we will discuss the career, answer questions, and have an activity based on that career. We will talk about tasks that they do, what kind of education is involved, what school subjects are important, what tools are used and more. Students will be learn what is required for different careers, what tasks they do, what education or training is involved, what tools they use, and more.

I have been a school counselor and have taught career classes for 30 years. I have held an annual full day career day every year.
