In this fun and interactive session we will learn how to calm ourselves and wind down after a fun and exciting day! We cover yoga asanas, meditation and breathing techniques all geared towards feelings of peace and taking the little yogis out of their sympathetic nervous system into their parasympathetic nervous system. This will eventually change everyday behaviour if done regularly. This is a one-time class but students can re-enrol as children usually like to re-read their favorite bedtime...
This class is taught in English.
Calming techniques Yoga poses Meditation Breathing techniques (Pranayama)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
