I am a professional educator and musician who writes songs about historical people. I love what I do and strive to make each class (and performance!) as creative and interdisciplinary as possible. I enjoy turning to the past for creative inspiration. I also have extensive experience working with Davidson Young Scholars in the profoundly gifted population and with twice-exceptional learners.
Purple of some kind (shirt, scarf, hat, etc.) A sweet treat of some kind (candy, chocolate, etc.) Favorite book
Informal assessment will be used in order to gauge student understanding of historical events.
