Does your child desire to become a superhero? This interactive course with a hands-on teaching approach will help them discover their inner superhero through social entrepreneurship education. Little superheroes in the making will learn social entrepreneurial principles while understanding how to solve problems in a fun and creative online atmosphere! This five-day camp (Monday- Friday for 45 minutes) age-appropriate social entrepreneurship learning experience will include group discussion...
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1. Define social entrepreneurship. 2. Brainstorm ideas to develop a strategy to fight a problem 3. Develop a social entrepreneurial/ super hero mindset 4. How to release his or her voice for good.
The teacher is a social entrepreneur and superhero at heart. Check out her bio to learn more. Also, please note that students will briefly discuss the United Nations 17 SDGs (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-development-goals/). The teacher is familiar with this age group and will always make sure that the issues and sharing are age-appropriate.
Homework will be assigned for research, art project, and to practice pitch design and presentation.

On the last day of camp, the verbal presentation assessed, and students will achieve his or her Little Superhero status.
3 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
