1 hour per week. Students will be encouraged to practice and memorize their pieces for performance. Students are expected to keep up with the homework each week. If a student misses a class they are expected to watch the recorded video and if they have any questions then to reach out to me. It is imperative that the student stays up-to-date with their work for successful completion of the program. in this beginners program will be short with up to 6 lines.Class Experience

Week 1: Introduction to Acting Warm-Up Games: Start with fun ice-breaker games to get to know each other. Basic Acting Skills: Learn the basics of acting, including body language, facial expressions, and voice projection. Improv Fun: Engage in simple improvisation exercises to spark creativity. Week 2: Character Creation Character Building: Create your own unique character with a backstory. Costume Day: Bring in simple costumes or props to help bring your character to life. Scene Practice: Practice short scenes with your new character. Week 3: Exploring Emotions Emotion Exercises: Learn how to express different emotions through acting. Emotion Charades: Play charades to practice identifying and acting out emotions. Scene Work: Incorporate emotions into your scenes. It is highly recommended that you have a printer for this program to print out the short scenes and or monologues. However it is not necessary, as it is good practice to have the students write out their line so it helps them memorize.
