This highly interactive course is designed as a FUN music class for PreK/Kindergarten age students (4-6). The focus of this class will be learning new songs and games, while moving, singing, playing, and interacting together!

Class Experience

This is the one time version of my ongoing PreK/Kindergarten Music class! 

In this class we will survey some exciting elements of music learned in PreK/Kindergarten music classes!
The schedule will proceed as follows:
-We will complete introductions, review music class rules, and sing our "Hello Songs"
-Play a Steady Beat song, and move to the beat
-Play a "Follow the Leader" Game
-Discover our four voices (Sing, whisper, speak, "calling")
-Explore fast and slow movement and sounds
-Wrap Up...

Students will participate in a music class in order to find joy and have social interaction with other students, with music as the basis and source of fun!

I have taught elementary music in the public and private school setting, to a variety of students for the past four years.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
