Join us each week for a movement based martial arts class full of kicks, blocks, punches, and activities designed to keep us moving and having fun.
Class experience
Want to learn some fun new ninja moves? Come join our ninja movement club. Each day we will try out some new kicks, blocks, or punches. In order to practice these skills, students will be asked to copy the teacher. We start out doing each technique slowly and in small sections. Once we have practiced it a few times, we will start to increase our speed together. Then we will use our new skills in activities and games designed to keep us moving, help us practice, and have fun. In this activity...
Each week, we will focus briefly on one of our six principles and ask students to think about ways to apply them to things they can do at home as well as in class. The six principles are Be Polite Be Patient Be Alert Be Brave Do Your Best Respect Yourself and Others
As a first degree black belt and a certified instructor in the American Master Martial Arts Association, I have spent the majority of my teaching working with children under the age of eight.
