Join your fellow adventurers on an arctic adventure! In this class we will explore the fascinating world of the arctic. We will learn interesting facts about the arctic. (Did you know bird poop helps keep the arctic cold?) We will also learn amazing facts about some of the coolest arctic animals. (Did you know bearded seals smash their heads through the ice to make breathing holes?) Students will participate together in a fun "mission" that will involve counting skills, sorting and basic...

Through homeschooling our 2 children I have learned that the best kind of learning takes place when it is presented in a memorable and engaging way. Learning should be an experience, not a task. That makes the learning AND teaching more fun!
Students will not need any supplies during the class. To print the student's badge and certificate, as well as the additional (optional) activities I provide at the conclusion of the class you will need a printer to print the digital files. To complete these optional activities you will need basic supplies (scissors-with parental guidance, glue, pencil, crayons, cardstock/construction paper).
If your child is new to online classes or may have difficulty staying focused during the class, you may want to be present to help and encourage them!
