Does your child have unique interests that they love to share facts about with others? If so, then this is the class for them! In this weekly class "Little Known Facts", the teacher will utilize knowledge students have about their unique interests to work on improving social skills. Kids with autism or special needs often have particular interests and love to share facts about their interests with the people around them. Some kids may know tons of facts about dinosaurs, while others know about the solar system or the presidents etc. This class allows kids time to share what they know and love, while working on important socials skills including conversational skills, listening skills and turn taking skills. Week of 6/2 Share facts about your unique interests Week of 6/9 Ask your friends questions about their unique interests Week of 6/16 What fun facts do you remember that we shared in class Week of 6/22 Show £ share your favorite items and present facts to go along with them

Learning Needs
These sessions are designed to support the unique learning needs of students with special needs. All of the teachers have a special education background and will tailer the sessions to the language and social abilities of the students.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
