Using Little Golden Books, we will explore the world and learn about vocabulary, phonics, and reading skills.
Class experience
In this class, we will read ten Little Golden Books Together. We will read each book in class, talk about vocabulary words, practice our phonics skills, discuss topics from the books and complete fun activities. I am an avid reader, and I love seeing children being inspired by books. Along with my passion for reading, I have experience teaching English as a Second Language for over a year. This experience will aid in working with common phonics errors.
The books are provided in class and you will not need to purchase them. There will be handouts and activities for each lesson. The activities would be best enjoyed if they were printed out.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
