Class Experience

Students will learn about each of the different countries and facts about each one! What language they speak, their flag, the food they like to eat, and their everyday life.
Teacher Ashley has a degree in Education and has additional training in studying cultures and diversity by living in multiple Latin American and European countries. Students will be allowed to ask questions about the different cultures and will teach children the importance of diversity. Classes are unbiased, factual, inclusive and exclusive of sensationalized content. She has lived and has experienced cultures in Latin America by previously living in Panama, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
Each still will be supplied with a worksheet to help them follow along with the class. Students also have the option to bring their own travel books if they would rather.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
More information about the class content policy regarding learning about the class and those rules that are to be followed are directed from the Class Content Policy page:
Students will need to print the given worksheet for class or bring their own piece of paper to make the class more interactive and engaging. The teacher will be using Canva to present her class. She has a combination of scholarly public research papers and her own curriculum that she has created to teach the class.

The sources used are scholarly research digital from collections of research papers and factual evidence from the public domain that are free from copyright. I have created my own version of the geography curriculum that I use in my private classes too.
