Description
Class Experience
You might be asking yourself why kids need to know this. Good question! Knowing about economics helps children to understand how things work. Kids are dealing with economic factors every day, even if they don't know it. Everything around us is Economics! Students will learn what is work, ways to make and save money. They will learn basic budgeting, we will work on real problems and calculations, so students can create their own budgeting sheets.
We will work as a group. There will be some assignments that students will complete for the following sessions.
Paper and pencil/ pen
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
I will always share my prepared material.
