As a mom and teacher, I have experience with children from 0-16. I have taught English Language Arts in the public education system for the last 4 years (through COVID)! I also have 3 children of my own, ages 9, 12, and 14. I grew up with a love of reading and writing which lead me to teaching English Language Arts. Students will improve their reading comprehension, writing, proofreading, editing, test-taking abilities, annotation, and/or other literacy skills.
I love to read and write and want to make English fun for your child! I have a bachelor's degree in English Teaching from Utah State University, a current teaching license from USBE, 4-years experience in the public education system, and am the mother of 3 children.
Homework Offered
You bring the homework or tell me beforehand what you specifically need tutoring with as it pertains to reading, writing, and/or test-taking.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
