Literacy 1-to-1 Tutoring With a Certified Teacher

I am a full-time primary school teacher and have been tutoring readers and writers since 2011. I love having the opportunity to work with kids one-to-one on their specific goals and interests. I have experience teaching children as young as 2 years old and through teens and even adult college students. 

I create a personalised program for each learner in response to their needs and interests. Students improve comprehension, reading fluency, specificity of word choice, and enjoyment of reading and writing. We engage through reading, discussion, writing, editing, and interactive games. 

As well as live time with your learner, this class includes plenty of additional resources created specifically in response to your learner’s needs. I am happy to support your learner with their homework and school projects during our sessions as well.
