Class experience

US Grade 2 - 4
The goal of this class is to help the learner realize the importance of listening for details and to begin to be a better listener by following directions containing an increasing number of details. Also a goal of this class is to improve overall brain fitness to help all types of learners in multiple life skill areas.
For more than three decades, I have successfully helped hundreds of children, teens and adults in public school, private school, homeschool and wellness center settings improve their listening and memory skills. I have a M.S. degree in speech-language pathology and earned a Master's level teaching certification. I am also an Interactive Metronome (IM) Certified Provider. IM is a computer based brain fitness training program. We can all benefit from practice in listening for details. I enjoy having a fun and structured class as I help learners improve their ability to listen for detail so they can function even better in all aspects of their daily life.
