Would you like to learn about big cats? Maybe you know a lot about lions and tigers and would like to share all about them! This is the lesson for you! You will also have a chance to answer questions and read too! * Do you want to know what is a big cat? * Why are they so feared by some people? * Why are they in danger? * What is the strongest big cat? * What is a liger or a tigon? * Where do they live? * Where are jaguars found? * What is a lynx? Are wild cats just big domestic cats? This is a colorful lesson about big cats including a focus on the effect of climate change on the different big cat population. If your child loves learning about animals they should enjoy learning about the different big cats.

As a qualified primary school teacher, I am lucky enough to be able to teach as part of the curriculum about a variety of animals. I focus on: habitat, diet, behavior, their young and some history about the different big cats and I am passionate about helping learners apply these areas of learning to not only big cats but to find out the same for other animals too. Tigers, lions and all big cats are fascinating creatures.
