Life/Social Skills: Character Traits (Ages 9-11)

We will focus on character traits/attitudes such as empathy, respect, tolerance and caring. Teaching in the framework of the IB Primary Years Program, I have embedded this into lessons, and I'm excited to help your child grow these skills!

Description

Class Experience

Students will have a short discussion on the character trait of the day. Then, we will watch a short video pertaining to that trait. The learners will get a chance to ask questions and share their thoughts about the video. Examples of how to display the trait of the day will be given by the learners. At the end of the class, they will create a short skit example of how we can show that day's trait.
