Discussions include importance of physical cleanliness (clothes, personal belongings, living and working space being free of dirt, dust, germs, etc.) and good personal hygiene (taking showers, brushing teeth, eating healthy foods), use of respectful language and avoiding unhealthy behaviors (aggression, bullying, etc.), and practicing truthfulness and integrity in daily interactions with others.
