Ongoing Course Kids need stress relief, too! Most of us don't learn to use stress management tools until college or late adulthood. Studies show learning coping tools to prevent and manage stress is just as important as core academics. As a matter of fact, stress management can help with test taking, studying skills, and actually helps to create better learners in general! Is your learner feeling overwhelmed and having a hard time coping? Or maybe they just could use some more coping tools in their toolbox. In this course, students will learn all about stress and how to manage it. This is a 4 week rolling course which means you can join in at any time. The content repeats after 4 weeks.
