For the last five years I have been a substitute teacher for grades Pre-K through 8th. This role has given me experience in dealing with learner problems in the classroom.; not just behavior problems but also personal problems that may be shared during circle time or sharing time. I have used this method to help the child problem solve. I am also a former Superintendent of Sunday School at my former church. This required the ability to problem solve when we had children whose needs were not being met in the community. Finally, as a former Director of HR, who was a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I helped problem solve the problems of employees especially when their personal issues effected their work performance. I have a holistic approach to problem solving.
Worksheets will be provided.
