This course will discuss the leadership characteristics and traits needed to be an effective leader. Lesson One: Learners will view a video of Kid President Asking "What Makes an Awesome Leader? The learners will be required to write down at least 3 qualities discussed in the video clip and why they think each quality is important to be an effective leader.
