In this life skills class, we will get on The Energy Bus with George to see how our thoughts and actions shape the world around us. Through videos, discussions, readings, and quizzes, learners will become empowered with the tools and knowledge needed to shape their worldview through the lenses of positivity and high regard for themselves and others. This three-day class will meet for two hours each session. Learners will envision or recall scenarios in which the concepts could have affected the outcome. They will write a personalized version of the concepts learned while traveling with George on The Energy Bus.
