Class Experience
The class experience will discuss the life of submariners, specifically during World War II. We will first cover a short introduction of World War II, and then begin to discuss the daily life of submarine sailors. Some of the topics to be discussed are: Meals Showers Pets Length of Submarine Patrols Threats to Submarines Entertainment while on Patrol
Students will gain knowledge and appreciation for submarine sailors, specifically during World War II.
I work at a submarine museum, and have knowledge and passion for submarines and their history.
No homework will be assigned, as this is a one time only course.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
All information in the course will be appropriate for the listed ages, however there will be discussions of terms and situations such as "battle stations" and "depth charges".
