In addition, students will become familiar with plant life and land forms that are found in the desert. Students will draw a desert scene and label the land forms, plants, and animals. Background knowledge of desert plants and animals or food chains/webs is helpful but not a requirement. Learners will be monitored for understanding and guided while they create their desert drawing.
