Have you ever wondered what someone else's life is like? Imagine being in their shoes for one day. Your thoughts and perspectives may change the way you think about the world. In this thought provoking class, I will be teaching points of view and perspectives. Point of view is important because it helps the reader or the audience understand the character's or person's thoughts, feelings, and actions. All people in the world, including characters in books or images, have his or her own...
Students will learn to be aware of other peoples thoughts, feelings, and perspectives by analyzing texts and images.
Learning will be assessed through discussions and the completion of the "I AM" poem.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
