Level up Mathematics: Math Intervention/Math Tutoring Session (Grades 2-5)

This is a fun and engaging math tutoring session for learners in grades 2-5! Build confidence in conquering math, improve problem-solving skills, and learn how to use different math strategies with our interactive tutoring lessons.

We will cover multiple topics according to the learner's needs. For example:

-Adding and Subtracting Friendly Numbers 
-Counting and Place Value
-Equal Groups
-Multiply and Divide Friendly Numbers
-Multiply and Divide Tricky Numbers
-Understanding Fractions as Numbers
-Equivalent Fractions
-Multiply and Divide Big Numbers

The lessons focus deeply on interconnected math concepts, helping students build a strong and deep understanding of math foundations that allow them to apply learned concepts to a variety of situations, contexts, and problems, including real-world scenarios.

The lessons are presented in an engaging way and allow multiple opportunities for learners to ask questions, make connections, and show what they know. 

The lessons will be taught interactively, using many visuals and virtual manipulatives. There will be guided instruction as well as independent opportunities to problem-solve and explain their reasoning for choosing their method to solve problems. 

Not only is the learner receiving tutoring in math, but being prepared to thrive in a 21st Century World that requires communication, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
