Is your child excited about reading? This ongoing class is designed for students who have completed the skills in level 1-3. This class will help spark the joy of reading in each learner. Lessons are structured around activities that will meet each child's individual level. My teaching style encourages confidence in readers through interactive fun games, short read aloud, and creating written sentence puzzles. Topics covered will include "phonics clues" that teach sounding out words...
To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.Students will demonstrate confidence in reading, and the ability to use phonics clues through interactive games and activities.
4 files available upon enrollmentIf your learner completed Level 3 Reading, please remove any baggies containing learning items from the previous class. For Level 4 Reading, learners will need the following supplies in a box or bin for each class: small white board, eraser, markers, pencil and eraser, sentence strips (approx. 20), 3x5 cards (approx. 25), dice, 10 baggies, and the printable activity pages attached to my Welcome note.
