Class Experience

This course is intended for young learners of ages 7 to 11 who have not had any previous experience with the Spanish language. The course has 8 levels and this is Level 2 of 8. Students who finish all 8 courses achieve A1 level of the European Framework of Reference for Languages.

In this continuation class we will get familiar with essential every day words, sentences and vocabulary in Spanish. Every week, we will practice, read, play, listen to music, watch videos in Spanish and learn how...

Students will learn basic vocabulary that will enable them to greet, request for assistance, express like or dislike, and express possession. They will learn essential verbs and conjugation applied to dialogs and real life situations.

Students will be provided with materials to analyze and learn previous to the class like videos, songs, crafts or texts. All materials will be provided in .pdf, mp3 or links.

All materials will be supplied electronically by the teacher.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Kahoot

There will be ongoing in-class Kahoot quizzes that will not be graded. Kahoot is an application that helps teacher makes fun competitions with the class materials. There will also be Jeopardy games.

1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
