In this 4 week course, learners will continue to learn simple songs and chords on the guitar. Learners MUST have taken Level 1 or have prior guitar experience to enroll in this class.
Class experience
Guitar Group Class Part 2: Week 1 - Review names of top 3 strings & different notes using fingers Week 2 - New songs & chords (will include familiar tunes like Twinkle, Mary Had a Little Lamb, etc) Week 3 - Continue to work on songs & chords, ie. plucking and strumming Week 4 - Performance & review week - Learners will have a chance to perform solo for the class if they want to. We will review everything learned up to this point. **Please note that the schedule will be adjusted as necessary...
Learners will add new chords and notes to their repertoire as we continue to explore simple songs together.
Learners MUST have an appropriate size guitar to participate (either 3 or 6 string guitar is fine).
