This class will continue to spark the joy of reading in each learner. Lessons are structured around activities that will meet each child's individual level. My teaching style encourages confidence in readers through interactive games, reading circles and creating written sentence puzzles. This class will include short reviews of foundational phonics from previous levels 1-10, spelling, vocabulary, recognizing nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, homophones, main ideas, supporting details, author viewpoint and drawing conclusions from reading passages.
