We will go through lessons 2 through 10 of "Intro to Dutch" in 9 weeks, one class per week *** Week 1: Lesson 2: the colors of the rainbow, 21-100 & my family Week 2: Lesson 3: the calendar & opposites Week 3: Lesson 4: parts of the face & body, not feeling well & hobbies/sports Week 4: Lesson 5: parts of the day & the weather Week 5: Lesson 6: food & drinks Week 6: Lesson 7: parts of the house & prepositions Week 7: Lesson 8: the city & vehicles Week 8: Lesson 9: traveling & clothes Week 9: Lesson 10: animals A Google slide-presentation (which is shared on the screen) with lots of pictures is used to keep the students engaged. Students are expected to participate in order to get feedback and corrections from the teacher. Class sizes are kept small to allow every student to get a chance to be heard and participate. After each live meeting, the students will have access to extra material (interactive worksheets, clips, songs, recordings).

Teacher Glenn moved to the US from Europe in Aug. of 2011 at the age of 37.
