Letter of the Day

Meet weekly to learn a new letter from the alphabet. Each week students will learn a new letter, practice writing the letter, and learn some words that start with that letter. Depending on ability level students can brainstorm their own words that start with that letter during class. Each class will include a song and a game. Students are encouraged to bring toys and objects to class to go with the letter of the week. They will receive a coloring sheet or work sheet for each letter ahead of class time that they can bring to class to complete.
