Class Experience

This class is an introduction to the English language for young learners.  The students do not need to have prior knowledge of letters or reading words in English.  I like to use a variety of teaching methods and activities to keep the learners interested and engaged.  There will also be rewards and verbal encouragement to promote confidence and participation from students during class.  The rewards will be used as visuals to further strengthen students understanding of vocabulary, as well as...

The students will build knowledge of the English language with enhancements in reading, writing, and speaking skills.

crayon or marker and paper, OR small dry erase board, dry erase marker, and eraser

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
