Students will improve their writing and self-editing skills to enhance their success in education and in life, and confidently submit applications and essays.

I am credentialed in the state of California to teach English and other related topics. I was trained in and have taught AVID, a college and career preparation course, to multiple grades. I have been where these students are many times and I can help them prepare for this next chapter of their lives. At 13, I started taking night college classes at the local junior college while still in middle school. I graduated with my Associate's Degree less than 1 year after graduating from high school. I transferred to University of California, Davis where I received my Bachelor's Degree at 21 years old. I went on to earn two Masters degrees, one in Education and the other in Film and Television Production. 

Homework Offered
It's most beneficial for students to come to class with work they need assistance with. It's best for that to be done outside of class, but if not, they can do it in class. However, it will take away from the time I have to give them feedback.
