Class Experience
While summer is great for those fun in the sun activities, keeping learners engaged in their studies is important as well. That is why I strive to make learning fun and enjoyable. Join me in this one week summer camp where students will meet once a day to work on writing their own short story. Your learners will learn tips and tricks gathered from published authors to assist them in creating a story that they feel confident sharing with others. In each class, students will learn about the...
Students will learn how to improve their writing skills by learning about and using these five elements: Plot, Character, Setting, Point of View, Tone.
There will be no homework assigned for this class.
Learners will need paper and a writing utensil for this class.
There will not be any assessments for this class.
3 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
