Class Experience
Welcome! This ongoing writing class teaches paragraph writing skills. Each class session will introduce a different type of paragraph, including persuasive paragraphs, descriptive paragraphs, narrative paragraphs, and procedural paragraphs. You are welcome to join the class at any time, and each week stands independently without building on the previous one. During each session, we'll start with discussions and brainstorming. Students will begin to write paragraphs! Students will also learn about the different types of paragraphs and the requirements for each.
If students do not complete their paragraphs in class, they may finish them at home.
Students will need paper (or a notebook) and a pencil.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
