Description

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will learn how to create an essay using a systematic method.
I have been an educator for nearly 23 years. First as a preschool teacher, then a therapeutic tutor for children with learning disabilities, and then as a homeschool parent and writing teacher. My extensive background in education and particularly in the language arts realm, allows me to have unique expertise in educating children in all things reading, writing & spelling!
Students must complete each part of the essay (paragraph) before the next session. They will need to upload it into the "classroom."
Printer for printing the worksheets. Access to a writing program such as Office, Pages, or Microsoft Word. Pencil/pen.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The teacher will offer written feedback for each paragraph submitted by the student.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
