Class Experience
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
For this class please; *Have your child wear comfortable clothes and shoes. *Have a water bottle nearby. *Have an open space to complete their workout moves. *Warm up before class by stretching.
