Class Experience

In this self-paced class, the learners will learn a variety of watercolor techniques including  wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, crayon/wax resist, and bokeh effect. For each lesson, they will create a watercolor painting using the technique demonstrated in the lesson. 
I will cover the topics of blooming, wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, crayon/wax resist, and bokeh effect techniquest.
The class will be structured as a self-paced class that has 3 videos available. Each video will provide a step-by-step demonstration of each of the techniques while creating various watercolor paintings. 
I will teach using a step-by-step method in each video. 
My teaching style is relaxed and focuses on promoting creativity.
Because this class is a subscription-based, self-paced class, no feedback will be provided.

What Is Blooming And How Do I Use It In A Painting?
 This lesson demosntrates the watercolor technique of Blooming using a wet-on-wet technique.

 This lesson demonstrates how to create the Bokeh technique to create a background while creating a cityscape painting.

Wax Resist, Wet -On-Wet And Wet on Dry Techniques
 This lesson demonstrates how to create the wax resist, wet-on-wet, and wet-on-dry techniquest to create a painting of a cartoon-style pufferfish.

Pre-Requisites
This class uses a step-by-step demonstration for each technique and painting. Because of this, there are no pre-requisite skills needed.
Supply List
Watercolor paper
Watercolor brushes
Two cups of water (one will be clean water and one will be used to wash brushes out)
Paper Towel
Masking Tape or Washi Tape
Card board
Spray bottle with water
Watercolor pencils or graphite pencil
Crayon
Circle template or something circular with a center that can be used to create the Bokeh technique
White gel pen, acrylic paint, or acrylic paint marker
Black marker or paint pen
