Class Experience

The main learning goal for this class is to help students understand their emotions and that there always a good and bad ways to deal with any situation. Hopefully through the variety of situations in the class adventure student will learn that the positive reaction is best and more beneficial to them. 
I hold a degree in psychology and a masters in sport psychology, and have been coaching and working with children for a number of years. 
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
